Termination of Use

• A customer's account will be terminated from the Arma Vape website in the following cases:
- Repeated cancellation of orders.
- Failure to receive the order on time.
Cancel/Modify Orders
• If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please send the order number to customer service through the Contact Us section of the website 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
• Arma Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
• You cannot change an order once it has been confirmed. If you wish to change an order, please place a new order and send a message to customer service to cancel the old order to avoid canceling all orders.
Exchanges and Returns
• Sold goods will be exchanged and returned in accordance with the terms on the Exchanges and Returns page.
Delivery
• We aim to deliver all orders based on the pre-selected delivery date.
• Arma Vape assumes no responsibility for delays or non-delivery of an order if the registered address or contact number is incorrect. The order will be canceled, and no future orders will be accepted from the account, as it is considered a fake account.
• In the event of multiple orders, orders may be delivered simultaneously, which will not change the delivery fee stated in each order. Delivery fees will be charged separately for each order delivered, as stated on the invoice. However, the customer will not be charged any additional amount beyond the amount stated in the total invoice for each order.
• All orders are processed through the website, and no new product may be delivered unless a new order is created.
Upon receiving the order from the delivery representative, the customer must verify the order and sign for the receipt. • The customer has the right to refuse to receive their order if there is an error in the type or quantity. The customer can contact the website administration to re-deliver the correct order without any additional delivery fees, provided that the delivery representative does not receive the entire order.
• The customer acknowledges their responsibility for customs clearance procedures in their country. Arma Vape is not responsible for customs clearance of orders.
The website disclaims any liability if the customer does not receive any shipment, and the website will not refund the customer.
Prices and Product Availability
• Prices and product availability on the website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our website contains a large number of products, and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will double-check prices as part of our order processing procedure. If the correct price of a product is lower than the advertised price, the lower, correct amount will be charged upon delivery. If the correct price of a product is higher than the advertised price, we will notify the customer of the additional amount before dispatching the order or cancel the order and notify the customer of its cancellation. Arma Vape is under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect advertised price even after sending the order confirmation message, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
• Occasionally, you may be able to add a product to your shopping cart and complete the purchase on the website, only for your order to be canceled due to product unavailability. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after order confirmation and purchase, but the product may be out of stock. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received the order confirmation message without penalty or compensation.
